Hybris Sales

SAP Hybris Commerce provides commerce capabilities for business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) corporations worldwide. SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud is an ideal option for deploying the SAP Hybris Commerce solution without extensive IT involvement. SAP takes care of the hardware, software, IT staff, and all operations

SAP Hybris Marketing is available as an on-premises deployment, as a managed cloud (SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud) deployment, or as a public cloud deployment (SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud). This is aside from, for example, SAP Hybris Conversion, SAP Hybris Loyalty, SAP Hybris Profile, and SAP Hybris customer journey manager add-on, which are available as separate, pure public cloud solutions with integration to SAP Hybris Marketing.

In the area of sales, SAP Hybris Sales Cloud represents the solution offering in the public cloud. As part of the SAP Hybris Sales Cloud, mobile apps are available out of the box (online/offline), as well as powerful, real-time analytics with hundreds of reports and persona-based dashboards. Alternatively, companies can use the SAP CRM sales functionality either on premise or in the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud.

SAP Hybris Service Cloud is available as two complementary offerings: SAP Hybris Service Engagement Centre and SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer- both available purely as public cloud solutions. In addition, customers can use SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) service capabilities either deployed on premise (on any database or SAP HANA) or in the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud

SAP Hybris Revenue solutions are available on-premise (SAP Hybris Billing) and as managed cloud solutions in SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud. The full scope of the on-premise solution is available in SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud. In addition, SAP Hybris Revenue Cloud combines physical product sales with digital service offerings in a pay-per-use mode. This solution has been developed on top of SAP Hybris as a Service and comprises the functional areas of configure, price, and quote (CPQ) for product/service bundling; commercial order and contract management; retail order orchestration; distribution for physical goods, rating, and billing services; and invoicing for digital business/pay per use.
